Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following standard shipping options:

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $150 USD. Cost for orders under $150: $15
Priority Shipping (2-3 business days): $25
Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $45

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States only. Shipments to US territories, military addresses (APO/FPO), and PO boxes require special arrangements — contact us at info@misulabs.us for more information.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand our service area.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at info@misulabs.us with photos of the damage and your tracking number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and replace or refund your order as applicable.

Address Changes

Orders cannot be modified once processing has begun. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes on already-shipped orders.
