Return & Refund Policy

Research Use Only

All products sold by MiSu Labs are intended exclusively for laboratory research use. We do not accept returns based on customer dissatisfaction with product performance or results in any application.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions only:

• Product arrives damaged or defective
• Product arrives incorrectly or incompletely
• Return request is submitted within 30 days of order date
• Products are in original, unopened, and tamper-evident packaging

Returns due to customer remorse, wrong product selection, or any other reason are not eligible for refund.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective product:

1. Contact us at info@misulabs.us with your order number and photos of the damage
2. Provide a detailed description of the defect
3. Await approval and return shipping instructions

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Refund Processing

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it or issue a full refund at our discretion, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Products opened, used, or tampered with in any way cannot be returned. Products received after the 30-day return window cannot be returned.
